A P P L I C A T I O N

Would you be interested in coming to live at Big Mamas Apartmentos? We'd love to have you as long as you fit this description:

You are not an owner, nor a co-owner of any house on the Europa shard (this will be checked) You can be friended to other peoples houses though.

Your main shard is Europa and the character(s) which will be living here are your main ones

You are a friendly and honest person and get along with others

You are over the age of 20 in real life

Although you may not roleplay yourself, you still are sensitive and understanding to the needs for others to do so

When moving into the apartment, you will be checked for ownership of any other houses. Landlady Saphireena will add you as co-owner to the castle for a moment to see if the castle refuses you as co-owner. If the caslte refuses, it means your account owns or co-owns other houses on the Europa shard. If the castle accepts you it will mean one of 2 possibilities.

You truly do not own/co-own any other buildings and are OK to be taken on as a tennant

You do own/co-own another building but due to a bug the castle accepts you despite of this. Note that this has the danger of turning the house you own/co-own condemned! Not worth the risk - is it? So it's best to be honest.
